[00:00:45] Hello, so I wanted to introduce Ivan Hardcastle
[00:00:50] to the podcast today. So welcome Ivan.
[00:00:55] Thank you. Thank you. And what I want to do at the start is just ask Ivan
[00:01:00] to introduce himself. So from my perspective first,
[00:01:05] Ivan is a current client and he's been working on the
[00:01:10] OT Freedom Collective with us, with us all really.
[00:01:15] You've used every single one of us, um, so far on the collective, which is what it's about.
[00:01:20] And Ivan's been working with us for four months and having some
[00:01:25] fantastic results. So we just thought, I always ask people to come on when they're
[00:01:30] in the energy of, um, you know, things are starting to pop as
[00:01:35] I say, um, because it's a great energy to put across on
[00:01:40] a podcast and it really shows, um, a lot about the energetics.
[00:01:45] So I've invited Ivan here today. And Ivan, do you just want to share a bit
[00:01:50] of the background to, you know, what, what was happening in your life
[00:01:55] before? What's your why, what kind of business you start in and just share?
[00:02:00] Yeah, so I am coming up on 18
[00:02:05] years of working in pediatrics. I graduated back in
[00:02:10] 2007 and I started a job. It felt great. It was wonderful. And I
[00:02:15] was their first OT and one of the first full-time outpatient
[00:02:20] clinic OTs in the area. And so it was a, it was a growing need. It was a big need.
[00:02:25] And one of the things that I always
[00:02:30] felt as a new clinician and a growing clinician was the need to educate
[00:02:35] others. And so I would have parent nights.
[00:02:40] I just incorporated teaching and educating as part of what I did.
